Mental Health Support Worker – Recovery-Focused Care

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking highly motivated Healthcare Support Workers in Milton Keynes to support patients with acute mental health problems. This role involves participating in patient care, assisting with daily living skills, and monitoring patient well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. A Level 3 qualification and a Care Certificate are desirable but not mandatory. Various shift patterns are available.
