Band 3 HCA – Dorset Vaccination Service (Pan-Dorset)

We are looking for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join our friendly Integrated Vaccination Service Clinic Team. This role combines patient-facing care with administrative and coordination responsibilities to support safe, efficient and equitable vaccination delivery across Dorset.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and coordination of perinatal and BCG clinics
• Working with the Access and Inequalities Lead to support pop‑up clinics in community settings
• Managing patient contacts, conversations and appointment queries
• Booking appointments and supporting clinic organisation
• Accurate data entry, record keeping and information management
• Supporting vaccine delivery, storage, cold chain and clinic logistics
• Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Confident using IT systems and managing data
• Can balance clinical and admin tasks
• Works well independently and within a team
