This full-time role involves delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes, supporting Registered Nurses with clinical and personal care interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess community care experience and excellent communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centred care. A valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential due to travel requirements between patients’ homes.

The role comes with a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary.
