Job Description:
NPT Pass is seeking Community Support Workers for their Reablement Team in Neath Port Talbot. The role involves providing personal care and supporting individuals in their own homes to regain independence.
Various hours of work are available, with training provided to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Care. Candidates must be caring, enthusiastic, and empathetic, and should be able to travel within the County Borough area.
This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of £13.26 – £14.12, alongside generous benefits including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
