The Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and care teams to ensure clients receive safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

You’ll support and mentor care staff in the community while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Supporting care planning and assessments
• Supervising and mentoring care staff
• Conducting spot checks and competency observations
• Ensuring best practice and compliance standards are maintained
• Supporting medication management
• Assisting with scheduling and office duties
• Participating in the on-call rota
• Carrying out client welfare visits to ensure satisfaction with care provided

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or relevant experience)
• Previous experience within domiciliary/home care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using computers and digital systems
• Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
