Salary: GBP13 – GBP14.5 per hour

Mobile E‑Bike Mechanic & Events Support at Job&Talent for a leading micro‑mobility company in London (Stockholm Road, London SE16 3LP, UK).

Schedule

• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexibility required for event support shifts, which may extend up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• Previous mechanical experience preferred (bike, e‑bike, scooter, or similar).
• Ability to perform basic repairs independently.
• Must be able and willing to cycle during shifts (primary mode of travel).
• Comfortable working outdoors across London.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service experience, especially at events.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to reposition bikes and perform manual tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site maintenance and basic repairs on a fleet of electric bikes.
• Cycle between various locations to ensure vehicles are in safe working condition.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and technical support during brand events.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used during shifts.
• Assist with the logistics and setup of equipment for promotional activities.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working in public spaces.
