The Company

A well‑established and expanding fabrication business is entering an exciting period of growth and is now looking to strengthen its production team with an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a busy and fast‑paced fabrication environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery, ensuring high‑quality production standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate press brake machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Select and change tooling as required
• Carry out quality checks on finished components
• Produce one‑off and batch work to specification
• Work efficiently to production targets and deadlines
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping
• Support continuous improvement within the department

About You

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
• Confident setting and operating press brake machinery
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
• Good understanding of Health & Safety in manufacturing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
