Role Description
This is a contract-based, summer role, working around Essex for a Junior Marquee Rigger. Responsibilities include assembling and dismantling marquees and related event structures, ensuring safety standards are met, loading and unloading equipment, and assisting in all aspects of event setups. The position involves some heavy lifting, outdoor work in all weathers, and adherence to tight schedules. There is a full-time position available for the right candidate.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in marquee assembly, rigging, or similar practical roles is desirable, but not needed. (Training given)
- Ability to coordinate with team members and follow safety regulations
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- Good time management and adaptability to fast-paced work environments
- Great can-do team attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Driver’s license & own transport is essential
