Plumber Multi – Property Services

We are looking for a plumber to join our local social housing contractor. The role involves carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties, and ideally handling basic multi‑trade tasks such as tiling, patch plastering, and carpentry. You must have previous social housing or domestic experience.

Job Details

• Salary: £37,000 per annum + Van & fuel card
• Type: Temp to Permanent, Full Time
• Region: UK – South West
• Town/City: Bristol, Chippenham, Swindon
• Start Date: ASAP

Daily Responsibilities

• Carrying out works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
• Must have experience of basic multi‑trade work (tiling, patch plastering, carpentry)

Benefits

• No weekend work
• Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
• Van and fuel card supplied
