Part time Receptionist/Administrators
Location: Banbury
Salary: £24,000 per annum pro‑rate (£13.18 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm, 20 hours per week on a job‑share basis.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors by telephone and in person by appointment and walk‑ins
- Providing administration support to fee earners (audio typing, photocopying, scanning)
- Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Logging all visitors to the reception
- Verifying and scanning anti‑money laundering documents
- Scanning and sorting post for all departments
- Preparing files for closing and archiving
- Electronic archiving of completed matters
- Handling online enquiries
- Taking bookings for meeting rooms across all offices
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator in a professional services environment (e.g., law firm, estate agents, accountants, surveyors)
- Experience using telephone systems and transferring calls
- Good keyboard skills and proficiency in Outlook and Word
- Experience with Excel and legal case‑management systems preferred but not essential
- A friendly, welcoming manner with patience and empathy towards clients
- A flexible attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
