Responsibilities
To deliver high-quality Individual Placement Support (IPS) employment support as part of the Connect to Work programme, enabling individuals with complex barriers (including health conditions, disabilities, or long-term unemployment) to secure and sustain paid employment. You will work in partnership with health professionals, local services, and employers to provide person‑centred, recovery‑focused employment support, following the IPS model and fidelity standards.
