To provide high‑quality and confidential personal assistant support to the Group Chief Financial Officer and two of his direct reports. Candidates will need to be proactive and can work with a high degree of flexibility in a fast‑moving environment, where diary management can be complex, enabling the effective leadership and operation of the Finance team. The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, the ability to manage complex and fast‑moving priorities, total discretion, and willingness to flex as demands/priorities change.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactivediarymanagement,includingprioritisationofmeetingsacross Shareholders, NEDs, external Banks and Investment Managers, plus teams within and outside of Finance.
- Managingemailsandcommunications,actingasaprofessional gatekeeper where appropriate
- Planning,coordinatingandpreparingforinternalandexternalmeetings,including managing agendas, papers and follow ‑ up actions
- Organisingtravel,includingflights,accommodation,itineraries,visaswhererequired,and expense claims
- Supporting bothGroupleadership and Finance leadershipmeetings,including managing logistics, room bookings and catering
- Being part of the team preparingpresentations,briefingnotesanddocumentationfor Boards,Committees, Rating Agencies and Finance Leadership Sessions
- LiaisingwithseniorstakeholdersacrossUnderwriting,Claims,Actuarial,OperationsandHR in both Group and globally.
- Processinginvoices,expensesandtrackingapprovalsinlinewithinternalcontrols
- Performing a specific role on a well‑documented process for certain Investment portfolio transactions
- Maintainingconfidentialrecordsandhandlingsensitiveinformationwithdiscretion
- Supportingad-hocprojectsandinitiativesalignedtotheGroup and Financeleadership agenda
- Otherad-hocdutiesasrequired

- Proven experiencesupporting Seniorexecutives,ideallywithininsurance,financialservices or a regulated professional environment
- Exceptionalorganisationalandtime ‑ managementskills,withtheabilitytomanage competing priorities under pressure
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills, able tointeractatExecutive, Boardand Shareholder level with confidence
