A Legal 500 well-established firm is seeking a Residential Property Administrator/Conveyancing Legal Support to join its busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a stable, long-term position within a support role.
This role provides essential administrative support to fee earners and contributes to the efficient running of a high-volume department.
Key Responsibilities
- Photocopying, scanning, and managing legal documentation
- Handling incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and relaying it promptly
- Opening new client files and completing associated administrative processes
- Maintaining and updating client records and files
- Assisting with dictation and audio typing
- Taking meeting minutes when required
- Managing file archiving and file closing procedures
- Providing general administrative support to the Residential Property team
About you
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience within a Residential Property or conveyancing environment
- Previous experience in a Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal support role
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A dependable and consistent approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy office environment
- A team player who is comfortable remaining in a support-focused role
This role is particularly suited to individuals currently working in administrative or junior legal support roles who are seeking long-term stability rather than progression into fee‑earning positions.
