Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering the North & North East London region. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you’ll be responsible for pre/post‑inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards. We’ll look to you to undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. You’ll carry out major void inspections and ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑ and post‑inspection and report preparation for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs
- Consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders, internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards
- Undertaking building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and risks
- Carrying out major void inspections and ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs
- Making recommendations based on survey findings
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level3
- Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB
Requirements
- Must be able to travel across the region as required
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Only eligible to work in the UK; Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must reside in England or Wales for the duration of the employment
