Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: 21 hours
Shift Times: 06:45 – 14:15 / 07:45 – 15:15 / 14:45 – 22:15

Wylesfield is a purpose-built care home, designed to meet the specific needs of individuals living with Dementia. The home offers a homely and comfortable environment, with spacious single rooms, all with en‑suite facilities. The home is decorated in warm and welcoming colors. Wylesfield offers a range of facilities and activities designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
