Bundobust Brewery are looking for a new Assistant manager to join their team, we want someone outgoing with a passion for hospitality to come and help us run this busy city centre tap room and Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate, train, and manage a team, ensuring that the guests get the best experience we can offer and that staff enjoy their time on shift.
  • Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, compliance and ensuring the restaurant is neat and welcoming to guests.
  • Deliver a memorable experience to our guests by offering hospitality over service and creating an experience that people will remember.
  • Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and training programs.
  • Work with the wider industry to help build community in and around the city.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Assist with managing budgets, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
  • Help create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while maintaining team morale.
  • Helping recruit and mould a team that can deliver on any and all of its objectives.
