Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in delivering our award winning service directly to customers’ doors, ensuring that our vehicles are where they need to be, when we need them.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering great service with a smile. You will manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including resolving customer rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
You don’t need previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience, but you must have strong customer service skills, administrative ability, and a calm, can do attitude, as well as a Full UK or EU driving licence.
