Forklift Driver

Our leading Global Client is looking for a Forklift Driver to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. The role is for a minimum of 6 months but may become permanent depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Forklift Driver within the Inspection and Warehouse Department.
• Drive and operate a 3.5 tonne forklift.
• Move large rolls of flooring from one area to another.
• Perform indoor and outdoor tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain minimal manual handling and support other warehouse duties as required.

Key Skills and Experience

• Detail‑oriented and eager to contribute to a high‑performing team.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production setting.
• Valid forklift/machine licence.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour when required.

Competitive Pay Structure

• Dayshift: £13.70 per hour.
• Backshift: £14.46 per hour.
• Opportunity for overtime at enhanced rates.

Due to the location and shift requirements for this role, you must be locally based in Kirkcaldy and able to drive/have transport.
