We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part‑time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You’ll join a team that takes real pride in what they do, their food, and most of all, their people.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience
- Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural, engaging service
- Represent M&S and maintain a positive brand image
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations
