Visual Impairment Support Assistant — On-Site Barking

Adecco is seeking a compassionate Assistant in Barking to provide dedicated support to a visually impaired colleague in the Customer Service team. This full-time role includes providing 1:1 support and assistance with navigation of systems, data protection checks, and communication with service users.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong IT literacy and have excellent communication skills. The position involves working 09:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, especially when the employee is on leave.
