Resident Support Advisor – Council Call Center

Vale of Glamorgan Council is looking for motivated individuals to join their call centre team in Barry as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first contact for residents needing information about council services, support vulnerable individuals, and facilitate various services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. The position offers a 37 hours per week schedule.
