Maintenance Technician – Joinery & Plumbing, On-Call

Serco Limited is looking for a Maintenance Operative in the Wigan area to ensure all repairs are carried out to a high standard. You will manage your own workflow and contribute to a team, conducting preventive and reactive repairs in properties.

With a salary range of £27,500 to £33,500 depending on experience and skills, the role offers flexible work patterns and essential benefits including vehicle and tools. A valid UK driving licence is necessary for this position, and there will be on-call duties approximately every 8–10 weeks.
