SEMH Teaching Assistant — Build Confidence & Wellbeing

Randstad Education is recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Burgess Hill, to support primary and secondary pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will play a key role in helping students develop confidence and emotional resilience in a nurturing environment.

This role offers the potential for career development and is ideal for someone passionate about education and supporting vulnerable young people. The position is underpinned by ongoing training and collaborative support.

Salary ranges from £93-£100 per day during placement, escalating to £22,000-£23,500 per annum upon permanency.
