Looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference? Join our Floating Support team as a Bank Support Worker and support people across Middlesbrough and Redcar to live fulfilling, independent lives.

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Bank Support Worker to join our floating support team based in Middlesbrough. This is a flexible, zero-hours role supporting people across Middlesbrough and Redcar to live as independently as possible.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of services, building positive relationships and providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making a real difference in people’s lives.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role due to travel between services.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Bank / Zero-hours

Location: Floating Support, Middlesbrough

Hours: Flexible, including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Sleep-ins: Not required

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.
