Youth Support Worker – Empower Independence in Young People

Home Group in Tees Valley is hiring a Support Worker to assist young people aged 16-24 in living independently. This permanent, part-time role pays £13.45 per hour, with benefits including a Health Cash Plan and 34 days leave annually.

The ideal candidate will have experience in care, a flexible approach, and be willing to obtain a Level 2 diploma in Care. You’ll create a positive atmosphere, encouraging customers’ independence and supporting their daily needs while adhering to a rota pattern that includes some weekend work.
