SOC Operator
Location: Waterlooville
Pay: £29,374.80 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week – 4 days on, 4 days off and 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Responsibilities
- Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations
- Answer all calls promptly with a high level of customer service giving assistance to internal and external customers, including liaising with third parties and contractors as required
- Manage mobile alarm callouts and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Prioritise alarms, especially life‑threatening ones such as lone worker or fire alarms, with absolute focus
- Monitor CCTV and respond to all customer requests relating to their alarm system, escalating issues accordingly
- Despatch emergency and security services to commercial and domestic premises and undertake static officer welfare checks
- Monitor CCTV for high‑end clients, including lone worker protection and gas monitoring
Qualifications
- Communicates confidently with people at all levels and backgrounds
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
- Punctual and trustworthy
- Customer oriented with a passion for high-level service
- Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken
