360 Excavator Operator — Groundworks & Digging Lead

3D Personnel LTD is currently seeking a 360 Operator for a construction project in Totton, Southampton. The ideal candidate will operate large 360 digging machines safely, dig foundations, level ground, and landscape terrain.

This role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS Card and an EUSR Water Hygiene Card. Candidates must also have full PPE and be hard working. The position offers weekly payroll and dedicated staff support.
