Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Saxmundham.
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Must be a driver and over the age of 35 years.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
Contract options
- All our services are 24hr care. Rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Days: Between 07:00-22:00.
- Sleep-in available with enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
