House Manager / Property Manager

Overview

Tiger Private is in search of a House Manager / Property Manager for an UHNW family based in Regents Park, London. This fully staffed, well‑established household operates at the highest level, currently undergoing a period of significant building works and ongoing property maintenance across its residences. The role is senior and wide‑ranging, based primarily at the family office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all household operations and act as the central point of contact between the family, their staff, and external contractors.
• Oversee the seamless day‑to‑day running of the household, managing a full team of staff and coordinating household operations.
• Lead, source, vet and manage tradespeople, ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
• Set and maintain staff rotas, conduct staff reviews and ensure all household staff perform to the highest standard.
• Manage household budgets, supplier relationships and ensure all properties are maintained impeccably throughout.
• Coordinate across the family office on administrative and operational matters, manage household inventories and support ad‑hoc family requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to ten years of senior private household or estate management experience, with a demonstrable hands‑on background in property maintenance and building project oversight.
• Experience managing large household teams and working within a family office environment.
• Strong communication skills, financial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Confident, composed, highly organised professional who leads by example, commands respect from both staff and contractors, and operates with absolute discretion.
• Direct experience in property maintenance and building works management is essential; candidates without this will not be considered.
