Temporary Legal Operations Assistant
Our trusted client is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Legal Operations Assistant to join their vibrant office. This role will involve reviewing legal documents and ensuring they reflect the needs of the customer. The company is a fast-growing start-up located in an idyllic location south of the river Thames. The successful candidate will be able to manage high volumes of work and work efficiently and proactively.
Start date: Immediate availability required Hours: 9am-5:30pm Closest stations: London Bridge/Waterloo/Southwark Working Model: On-site, 5 days Contract: Temporary, 3 months Pay Rate: £115.38
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise detailed legal knowledge to review documents submitted via the online platform, ensuring they meet the relevant requirements.
- Provide feedback to clients and verify that the content aligns with the desired preferences.
- Identify and correct errors and ensure documents comply with regulations.
- Review LPAs, liaising with customers to accurately register the details.
- Follow up with customers regarding the status of their case and confirm if any further action is required.
- Identify any legal discrepancies or special circumstances and raise for review with an internal solicitor.
Key Experience
- 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to expand on complex legal language.
- Successfully manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, while upholding industry standards.
- A calm and patient demeanour when liaising with clients and customers.
- A commitment to confidentiality and the protection of customer data.
