The School of Management is seeking to appoint a Divisional Coordinator on an open-ended contract.
About Us
The School of Management is one of the UK’s leading business schools, located in an impressive new building with state‑of‑the‑art resources near the city of Bath. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes, alongside tailored executive education options for individuals and organisations. The academic wing is split into four divisions, each supported by a Head of Division and Subject Group Leads, with Academic Services Managers and two Divisional Coordinators providing professional services support.
About The Role
Working as part of the wider Dean’s Office, this position provides administrative support across two academic divisions. Duties include managing confidential matters, interacting with high‑profile internal colleagues and external visitors, prioritising tasks under tight deadlines, and learning new systems and procedures rapidly. The role requires excellent people, communication and organisational skills and a strong ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
