Location: Leicester (LE4)  Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour  Start Date: Immediate Start Available  Hours: Full Time – Minimum 4 shifts per week

Overview

We are recruiting full‑time Support Workers based in the LE4 area of Leicester to support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs within a residential setting. This hands‑on role requires flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 months UK experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
• Flexible to work both day and night shifts (as allocated by the home).
• Willingness to provide personal care.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with emotional and behavioural support.
• Working with individuals who may display challenging behaviour.
• Promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Supporting residents with activities and routines.
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
• Following care plans and risk assessments.
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team.
