Banksman & Rigging Instructor – Onsite Training Lead

Evolve Training Aberdeen is seeking a full-time Banksman/Rigging Instructor. This role requires designing and delivering specialized training programs in the Greater Aberdeen Area for Banksman and rigging operators. The instructor will develop course materials, evaluate trainee skills, and ensure all training adheres to the highest compliance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banksman operations, excellent communication skills, and relevant professional certifications such as OPITO-approved qualifications.
