Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, giving help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock carefully while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
• Enjoy being busy and able to switch between tasks such as deliveries, till work, customer service, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to doing your best on each shift.
• Flexibility with shift times, including covering for colleagues on holiday.
• Pass employment verification check (confirmation of employment history via HMRC).
