This Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification program lasts 12 months, giving you the opportunity to gain practical experience while developing customer service and community engagement skills.

The role involves working directly with residents, ensuring they are informed and supported during housing improvement projects. Ideal candidates will have at least three GCSEs, including Maths and English, and should possess strong communication skills.
