Claims Support Technician – Rawdon
Salary: £Negotiable + benefits
Responsibilities
- Review incoming new claims and emails to extract relevant data and information for accurate input into the claims system.
- Upload claim‑related emails.
- Set tasks for claims advisors.
- Maintain all documentation and systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, video).
- Negotiation, stakeholder management, influencing and IT proficiency.
- Empathy towards clients.
- Good time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
- Previous experience in insurance claims administration is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of Acturis or similar broking/claims systems is highly beneficial.
