Claims Support Technician – Rawdon

Salary: £Negotiable + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming new claims and emails to extract relevant data and information for accurate input into the claims system.
  • Upload claim‑related emails.
  • Set tasks for claims advisors.
  • Maintain all documentation and systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, video).
  • Negotiation, stakeholder management, influencing and IT proficiency.
  • Empathy towards clients.
  • Good time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
  • Previous experience in insurance claims administration is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of Acturis or similar broking/claims systems is highly beneficial.
