The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Forklift / Bendi (Flexi) Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work through a well‑established recruitment agency, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Bendi/Flexi forklifts safely within narrow aisle environments
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Moving stock to and from racking locations
• Assisting with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Performing daily pre-use checks on equipment
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid and accredited Bendi/Flexi forklift licence (essential)
• Previous experience operating Bendi trucks in a warehouse setting
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a positive attitude

Shift Options

• Days, 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• Weekend shifts may be offered – primarly Sundays
