Compassionate Kitchen Assistant – Elder Care Home

Cardiff Capital is seeking a Domestic Assistant to work at Troedyrhiw House Care Home in Mountain Ash. This role requires 35 hours per week focusing on kitchen duties and supporting elderly residents. Candidates must be able to build relationships and adhere to health regulations.

The successful applicant will receive training in Health and Social Care and will help create a positive environment for the residents. Previous experience with older individuals is desirable. An understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults is essential.
