New Homes Sales Consultant – Hook Norton, Oxfordshire (Near Banbury)

  • Temp to Perm, immediate start

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the sales suite and acting as the face of the development.
  • Conducting viewings and guiding buyers through the purchase journey.
  • Managing enquiries, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
  • Progressing reservations through to completion.
  • Delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience.

We’re looking for

  • Experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant or Property Sales Advisor.
  • Confident working independently on site.
  • Strong closing ability and customer relationship skills.
  • Highly organised with good CRM and pipeline management.
  • Based near Banbury, Hook Norton, Chipping Norton, or North Oxfordshire.
