Job Summary
Full time Band 3 Therapy Technical Instructor to provide Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy interventions to patients within our Community Therapy Service and Fall Service. The role supports people to remain in their homes during health or social care crises, helps patients transition from hospital, and delivers reablement, rehabilitation and recovery, including falls exercises and advice.

Main Duties
- Work alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to carry out comprehensive treatment interventions aimed at enabling patients to live as independently as possible.
- Progress exercises and conduct mobility assessments.
- Assess activities of daily living and provide rehabilitation support.
- Deliver falls exercises and give advice on falls prevention.
- Perform general administration and clerical duties.
