Primary School – Oldham – Full‑Time, Long‑Term Position

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Oldham. This is a full‑time, long‑term role supporting a challenging Year5 class, starting as soon as possible. The school is looking for a confident and resilient candidate who has previously worked in similar environments and can build strong relationships with pupils. The ideal applicant will be outgoing, proactive, and have a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

• Have prior experience supporting KS2 pupils, ideally in challenging settings
• Be resilient, adaptable, and able to use their initiative
• Build positive relationships and support behaviour management strategies
• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to support learning effectively
• Be committed, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference every day
