Head Chef – Brighton
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Burnt Orange. Burnt Orange is a neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar located in the heart of Brighton, just moments from the seafront and the historic Lanes.
As a Head Chef, you will deliver dishes made from high‑quality, locally sourced ingredients, showcase your passion for food, and lead and mentor a kitchen team.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, natural team player who thrives under pressure.
- Skilled people manager.
- Experience in a busy fresh food kitchen environment.
- Genuine passion for creating the finest dishes.
- Ability to handle fresh ingredients and prepare them to the highest standards.
- Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
- Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Eligible to work full‑time in the UK.
