We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team based at Burley Manor. Joining us on a full-time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,500 per annum plus benefits.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of previous experience working in a busy professional kitchen
• Have a good understanding of all basic cooking techniques
• Have the ability to deliver excellent standards and display a willingness to learn
• Possess the desire to develop your skills as well as show creativity and passion in your work
• Have a friendly and positive attitude
• Be highly motivated, proactive and reliable
• Be clean and tidy, conforming to all food and hygiene legislation
• Be available to work 48 hours per week on a split shift rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and during busy holiday periods
