About the role
Join our Kitchen brigade at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor and develop your career in a fast‑paced, professional kitchen environment. As a Chef de Partie you’ll be a vital member of our kitchen brigade, playing a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment, continually learning and developing, with clear opportunities to progress your career.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section, showcasing culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Support and mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, contributing to development of a talented and passionate brigade.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Chef working in a busy kitchen environment.
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene to maintain our health & safety standards.
- Attention to detail to help create memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
Working conditions
This is a full‑time position, 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rota basis. Any overtime is paid, alongside a share of service charge.
Pay & Benefits
- £14.07 per hour plus share of the Restaurant service charge.
