The Pay You’ll Receive

• £14.09 per hour – two shift
• £15.34 per hour – three shift
• Overtime 1 – £18.87 per hour
• Overtime 2 – £22.01 per hour
• Overtime 3 – £25.15 per hour

The Hours You’ll Work

This position requires you to work either a rotating two‑shift or three‑shift pattern.

Two Shift

• 07.00 – 15.18 (Monday to Thursday) / 07.00 – 14.53 (Friday)
• 15.13 – 23.31 (Monday to Friday)

Three Shift

• 07.00 – 15.00 (Monday to Friday)
• 15.00 – 23.00 (Monday to Friday)
• 20.45 – 07.00 (Sunday Night) / 23.00 – 07.00 (Monday Night to Thursday)

The Job You’ll Do

• Must have forklift reach truck experience. Responsibilities include goods in, picking and packing, dispatch duties, and inventory tasks as designated by your supervisor.
• Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor.
• Help prioritise workloads within the department or designated production area.
• Deal with the movement of products within the warehouse using appropriate FLT.
• Line feeding using the FLT.
• Picking and packing duties as required, following instructions from supervisors and management.
• Must have working knowledge of all production departments and of the systems used.
• Must maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
• Must follow all legal and company requirements for forklift use in the warehouse if applicable.

About You

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced production or manufacturing environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn additional skills on the job.
• Confidence in the job and willingness to take on further responsibility if necessary.
