Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity with busy Restaurant
Chef de Partie. A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the Moreton‑in‑Marsh area for a chef to work in their busy fresh food shop & restaurant. You assist the head chef in preparing fresh meals for breakfast and lunch using all fresh seasonal ingredients. The kitchen operates on a seven‑day basis and you will work five days a week on a rota basis. The hours are 7am – 4pm for 45 hours a week. The kitchen is open plan so you will work and prepare meals in front of guests.
Due to location you will need transport. Live‑in accommodation can be provided off site but you will need to get to the venue each day.

The Role
- Reporting to the head chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for restaurant and retail
- Mature focus and outlook
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie or Junior Chef wanting a new challenge
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a fresh‑food kitchen
- Good attention to detail
