Chef De Partie – Live In

Chef de Partie – Berkshire – 40 hrs week. Base pay £30,000 with paid overtime after 40 hrs, plus service/tips (≈£1k). Live in accommodation available and straight shifts.

Responsibilities

Run a kitchen section, prep fridge, ensure readiness for service, cook during service, and maintain smooth operation of your section. Sections change around. The role includes all standard chef de partie duties.

Experience / Qualifications

Chef de partie with a Rosette background or a strong fresh‑food background at either chef de partie or demi chef de partie level looking to step up.
