Senior 2nd Line IT Support – MS 365 for Judiciary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to support our Microsoft Office 365 instance used by 25,000 judges across the UK. This role includes managing incidents, providing technical support, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge of MS O365, experience in incident and problem management, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. SC clearance will be required or a willingness to undergo it before appointment.
