Collection & Delivery Driver Vacancy – Crawley, West Sussex

The client is a leading insurance-approved accident repair centre in Crawley, West Sussex, specialising in high‑quality vehicle body repairs and crash repairs. They are seeking an experienced Collection & Delivery Driver to join their well‑established team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

Duties

• Operate a 5‑tonne Iveco truck for vehicle collection and delivery across the South of England, including routes around the Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex.
• Ensure the safe and timely transport of customer vehicles.
• Check vehicles in and out while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service during collections and deliveries.
• Liaise with the Transport Manager to support efficient daily operations.
• Uphold high standards of vehicle safety and care.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence suitable for 5‑tonne vehicles.
• CPC qualification as a professional driver (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of driving routes within the Southern M25, Brighton, Kent, and Sussex areas is desirable.
• Automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
