Senior CAD Technician

Salary: Dependent on experience

Location: Birkenhead, Wirral Merseyside

Working for a leading industrial client in the Wirral area, they provide a wide range of services from design and installation to maintenance, service, and direct supply of spare parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating both 2D and 3D plans & models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Creating and modifying drawings for submission to client, sub-contractor or internal engineers, showing them specific requirements as detailed by drawing requests.
• Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate drawing register and associated transmittal documents.
• Ensuring all drawings meet relevant company standards.
• Having good working knowledge of simple mechanical pipework systems and their makeup.

Essential Attributes / Experience

• 2-4 years experience in a CAD Technician or design-focused role.
• Ability to use a wide range of systems including AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office packages.
